Chad Cole is a third generation horseman who has apprenticed under Hall Of Fame trainers Claude Shiflet and Jimmy Robertson. He has developed and trained such notables as WC City Taste, RWC Heartland Flyaway, RWC Tart's High Heels, RWC LF Party Guy, RWC Photo Prince, WC Glamour Shot and RWC Shaboom among many others. In addition to training horses he is a nationally recognized judge, Chad has officiated all across the U.S. from California to Massachusetts and is honored to be selected as one of the judges for the 2023 World’s Championship Horse Show at the Kentucky State Fair.
He has served as an advisor to the Rock Creek Fall Show, Bits and Tails Youth Club, Rock Creek Horse Show as well as on the boards of the Carolina Futurity, UPHA Young Trainers Colt Preview and is past Vice Chairman of UPHA Chapter 9, past President of KASPHA, and current President of the ARHPA.

She began her equestrian career with Jack McGrane and has worked for renowned trainers including UPHA Hall of Fame trainers Dave and Sarah Patton, Anne Speck, and Rob and Sarah Byers. She has served as an advisor to Premier Youth Club, Rock Creek Juniors, and is a past board member of KASPHA and current show secretary to the Winter Tournament Association. Michelle rode Harlem's Gem (WC, RWCC, RWC) to a Three-Gaited Ladies Under 15.2 World's Championship title in 1995.

With over 25 years instructing, she has taught national academy and show ring champions, serves as an advisor to the Rock Creek Juniors, is an accomplished judge and has served as coordinator for the Kentuckiana Regional Academy Championships.

In addition to instructing riding students, Mackenzie is also a Kindergarten teacher and serves as an advisor to the Rock Creek Juniors.
